1. Who we are and what this covers
1.1 Definitions. Capitalized terms have the following meanings in this Privacy Notice.
(a) "Company", "we", "us" and "our" mean Lattice Forge LLC, a California limited liability company, 2108 N Street, Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816.
(b) "Website" means the informational website at anchorcents.com, including its pricing page. "Sign-Up Form" means the form on the Website through which an individual asks to become a founding Practice.
(c) "Practice" means a coaching or advisory business. "Sign-Up Information" means the Personal Information an individual gives through the Sign-Up Form, and in later messages with Company about the sign-up.
(d) "Personal Information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes or is reasonably capable of being associated with a particular individual.
(e) "you" and "your" mean the individual who visits the Website or signs up through it.
1.2 Scope. This Privacy Notice applies to the Website and to Sign-Up Information. It does not apply to the AnchorCents software service or to Kingdom Cents, another product of Company, each of which has its own privacy policy.
1.3 Sign-up is not an agreement. Submitting the Sign-Up Form states an interest. It does not create an account, a contract with Company, or a right to any price, place or offer.
1.4 Who the Website is for. The Website is intended for individuals in the United States who are 18 years of age or older (section 9).
2. Information Company collects
2.1 Information you give. Company collects the following.
(a) The Sign-Up Form. Your name; your email address; your role, being financial coach or financial advisor; the name of your Practice; the range you select for the number of clients you serve; and, if you choose to give it, the address of your Practice’s website or LinkedIn page. Company’s records also show the date and time of the submission.
(b) Messages. What you write to Company by email, and Company’s replies.
2.2 Information collected automatically. The following reaches Company or its providers when you use the Website.
(a) Hosting records. Vercel records the IP address, browser type, pages requested, and date and time of each request to the Website.
(b) Submissions. The Sign-Up Form sends your submission to a Google service, so Google receives your IP address and browser type with it.
2.3 What the Website does not do. The Website does not place cookies on your device, does not use analytics or advertising tools, and does not use tracking pixels or session replay tools. The Sign-Up Form does not request Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, financial account numbers or government identification numbers.
3. How Company uses information
3.1 Purposes. Company uses Personal Information only for the following purposes.
- To review a sign-up and decide whether and when to invite the Practice
- To email you about your sign-up and about AnchorCents, including its launch, pricing and availability and any offer to founding Practices
- To respond to your messages and requests
- To keep the Website and Company’s records secure, and to prevent fraud and abuse
- To comply with the law and to establish or defend a legal claim
3.2 No sale, no advertising. Company does not sell Personal Information, does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not display advertising on the Website.
4. Disclosure of information
4.1 Service providers. The following companies operate parts of the Website for Company. Each receives only the information its function requires.
- Vercel Inc. hosts the Website and keeps standard request records. It receives IP addresses, browser types and the pages requested.
- Google LLC, through Google Workspace and Google Apps Script, receives each Sign-Up Form submission, stores Sign-Up Information in a spreadsheet, and sends and keeps email for support@anchorcents.com.
4.2 Terms. Vercel and Google Workspace handle Sign-Up Information for Company under their service terms with Company.
4.3 Legal reasons. Company discloses information where the law requires, for example in response to a valid subpoena or court order, and where Company believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of any person or to prevent fraud or an attack.
4.4 Sale or merger of the business. If Company is sold, merged or reorganized, Personal Information may be transferred to the successor. The successor shall honor this Privacy Notice for information collected under it.
4.5 Consent. For any other disclosure, Company shall first ask for your consent.
5. Retention
5.1 Sign-Up Information. Company keeps Sign-Up Information until the earlier of (a) 12 months after last contact and (b) the date Company completes a request from you to delete it. "Last contact" means the most recent date on which you submitted the Sign-Up Form or sent or replied to a message from Company. Company then deletes the Sign-Up Information from its spreadsheet and its mailbox.
5.2 Do-not-contact record. When you ask Company to stop emailing you, or to delete your Sign-Up Information, Company keeps your email address, and nothing else, on a do-not-contact list for as long as needed to honor the request. Company removes that entry as well if you ask it to in writing.
5.3 If you become a customer. If you later open an account, the AnchorCents privacy policy governs the information Company collects through the software service, and Company may keep the Sign-Up Information with your account records as that policy provides.
5.4 Provider records. Vercel keeps request records, and Google keeps the records of its own services, for the periods those companies set. Information that Company deletes may remain in Google’s backup systems for a limited period. Company may keep information longer where the law requires, or where it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim.
6. Email
6.1 Emails Company sends. Company sends email from support@anchorcents.com to individuals who have signed up. Each email that is not a direct reply to a message from the recipient states Company’s postal address and how to unsubscribe.
6.2 Unsubscribing. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or by writing to support@anchorcents.com. Company shall stop emailing you promptly, and in any event within 10 business days. Unsubscribing costs nothing and requires no sign-in.
6.3 No tracking. Company does not use tools that track whether an email is opened or a link in it is clicked.
7. Your choices and rights
7.1 Rights Company honors for every individual. Some state laws give residents privacy rights. Company offers the following rights to every individual in the United States who has signed up, whatever state the individual lives in and whether or not a particular law requires it.
(a) Know and access. To ask what Personal Information Company holds about you and to receive a copy.
(b) Correct. To ask Company to correct information that is inaccurate.
(c) Delete. To ask Company to delete your Personal Information, subject to section 5.2.
(d) Stop email. To unsubscribe, as section 6.2 provides.
(e) Opt out of sale and sharing. Company does neither, so there is nothing to opt out of.
(f) No discrimination. Exercising these rights does not change how Company treats you.
7.2 How to make a request. A request may be sent by email to support@anchorcents.com, with "Privacy request" in the subject line. Company shall confirm the requester’s identity before acting, usually by asking the requester to reply from the email address given in the Sign-Up Form. A person authorized by you may make a request on your behalf with your signed permission, and Company may still confirm the request with you directly.
7.3 Response time. Company shall respond within 45 days. If Company needs more time, it shall say why within the first 45 days and shall take no more than 45 additional days. If Company declines a request, it shall explain why, and you may ask Company to reconsider by replying to the response. If you are still not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.
7.4 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. The Website does not track visitors across other websites and Company does not sell or share Personal Information, so these signals do not change how Company handles information.
8. Notice to California residents

- Identifiers. Name, email address and IP address.
- Professional information. Role, Practice name, the range of clients served and any Practice website or LinkedIn address given.
- Internet or network activity. The hosting records described in section 2.2.
Company collected this information directly from you and from your browser. Company keeps each category for the periods in section 5.
8.2 Sale, sharing and sensitive information. Company does not sell Personal Information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and has not done so. Company does not collect sensitive Personal Information through the Website. Company does not knowingly sell or share the Personal Information of any individual under 16.
8.3 Your rights. A California resident may exercise the rights in section 7, and may use an authorized agent as section 7.2 provides. Company shall not deny service or change a price because you exercised a right. California Civil Code section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of Personal Information to third parties for their own direct marketing. Company makes no such disclosures.
9. Age
9.1 The Website is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. Company does not knowingly collect Personal Information from an individual under 18. If Company learns that it has done so, it shall delete the information. A parent or guardian who believes this has occurred may contact Company at support@anchorcents.com.
10. Where information is stored
10.1 Vercel and Google may process information in the United States and in other countries.
11. Security
11.1 Company limits access to Sign-Up Information to its authorized personnel and uses the security features of its providers. No system is perfectly secure, and Company cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission. If a breach of security affects your Personal Information, Company shall notify you, and regulators where required, as the law requires.
12. Changes to this Privacy Notice
12.1 When Company changes this Privacy Notice, it shall post the new version with a new effective date. For a change that matters, such as a new kind of information collected, a new use or a new kind of recipient, Company shall also email individuals who have signed up at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Company shall not use Sign-Up Information in a materially different way without the consent of the individual concerned.
