We Do the Heavy Lifting
Founding practices and yearly plans get hands-on setup. We set up your practice with you on a call. Your clients get a video walkthrough, and we help any client who gets stuck joining or linking their banks. Monthly plans include a step-by-step guide and one setup call.
Common Questions
What counts as a linked client?
A client counts as linked in any month they have a bank linked. Clients who haven’t linked a bank yet don’t count toward your plan.
What happens if I go over my plan?
You move to the smallest plan that covers your linked clients, starting the following month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel online in one step, without contacting anyone.
Do I need a card for the trial?
Yes. We ask for a card to start and charge nothing until the trial ends. We email you at least 5 days before it ends. Unless you cancel first, we charge the card then, and the plan renews until you cancel.
Who pays, me or my clients?
Your practice pays. Clients pay nothing to link their banks or share with you.
Is my clients’ data safe?
Bank access will be read-only, and clients choose, account by account, what you see. Before anyone sees financial information, they sign in with a code from an authenticator app. We encrypt data in transit and at rest, and we record each time a coach or advisor opens a client’s financial information. If your practice reviews vendors, we can send our security policies.
Do you have pricing for larger practices?
Yes. Past 50, each linked client is $8 a month, on the same price list as everyone else.
Opening Early Next Year
We’re opening AnchorCents early next year, starting with 10 founding practices. They get a 60-day trial, then pay 20% less for their first 12 months before regular prices apply. Every trial covers up to 4 linked clients. We ask for a card to start and charge nothing until the trial ends. Unless you cancel first, we charge the card then, and the plan renews until you cancel. When we open to everyone, the trial is 30 days.
